Availability & Ordering Policy:

All 14K Jacquie Aiche jewelry and Blesslev items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Availability for Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Black Rhodium items are subject to what is currently listed as “in stock” in the Jacquie Aiche online store. All Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Black Rhodium jewelry may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Please note that any 14K items you see on the official Jacquie Aiche Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest and Twitter are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@jacquieaiche.com.

Online Returns & Exchanges:

We craft every piece with intention and we want you to feel the love in return…

If your new layer isn’t quite right, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Once approved, your item must be shipped back within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, and pass our quality check to be eligible.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping.
  • All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale.

Please do not send anything back without written approval. We reserve the right to limit return if the policy is used in a way that feels excessive or out of integrity. Custom pieces, sale items and international orders are final sale. For pieces purchased at one of our flagships, we allow for a 7-day exchange period or store credit only.

Shipping, Taxes and Duties:

 

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
