Availability & Ordering Policy:

All 14k Jacquie Aiche jewelry is made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Our "Ready to Ship" collection is where you will find pieces are in stock and ready to go - so you can skip our usual production time. We ship these pieces out to you as quickly as we can. On occasion, a piece may need a quick final polish or quality check to make sure it's shining perfectly for you, but we'll always make sure it ships within 1-2 business days.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We always appreciate your support. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Please note that most pieces you see on our official Jacquie Aiche Instagram and Facebook are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@jacquieaiche.com

We accept payment through Paypal, Applepay, shopify pay, Bread Financing , Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover 

Shipping, Taxes and Duties:

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Every piece is crafted with intention and love…Because of the care that goes into creating your jewels, all purchases are final sale. This includes custom pieces, JA sale items and international orders.
